Scope

Description

Network Rail has identified a requirement for the provision of Event Management and strategic solutions to plan, and to deliver internal organisation events. The following scope of services is intended to provide Suppliers with a description of the services that will be required by Network Rail in the performance of the awarded Framework Agreement. Please see attached specification for further information related to this PME.

Engagement process description

Please see attached scope of services. Network rail will be reviewing the response to the questions asked in the PME after the submission deadline. Please note submissions must be submitted by 16/09/2025 23:59. All submissions must be sent to anirudh.sharma@networkrail.co.uk.

Network Rail may be looking to tender this requirement in the near future. Any potential tender event in relation to this requirement will be issued via the Network Rail procurement platform - BravoNR, which can be found using the following link: Network Rail Sourcing Platform (bravosolution.co.uk).

Please note any discussions which do occur will cease immediately, should a formal competition ultimately be announced. Network Rail is committed to ensuring fairness, openness, and transparency, and to following the Utilities Contract Regulations 2016. The RFI is issued solely for the purpose of conducting pre-procurement market engagement, via a request for information and does not constitute any commitment to undertake any procurement in the future. Interested parties will not be prejudiced by any response or failure to respond to the RFI, and a response to this RFI does not guarantee any invitation to participate in this event or any future procurement.

The RFI does not constitute a call for competition to procure any services, supplies or works mentioned therein, and Network Rail will not accept any proposals offered in response to the RFI. Network Rail is not liable for any costs, fees, or expenses incurred by any party in replying to or attending any RFI event. Any procurement of any services, supplies or works by Network Rail will be carried out strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016.
