EPP are seeking to renew their framework for the provision of Grounds Maintenance Equipment (including delivery, parts, service, repairs, maintenance and end of life) and wish to conduct some early market engagement to help inform what the framework might look like going forward.

Framework operation description
This is not a priced framework and award of places in the framework will be based on 90% Technical Criteria and 10% Social Value. Call-contracts will be awarded via mini-competition only with contracting authorities establishing the award criteria
