Luton Child and Educational Psychology Service (CEPS) provides educational psychology (EP) services to schools and the council. EPs have a statutory duty to provide advice and involvement when a child or young person is undergoing an Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment (EHCNA).

We are looking to grow our approved provider’s list (APL) of associate EPs who work with us on a regular basis and deliver remote and face to face services to support the growing demand for EP services and shortage of permanent staff.
