Framework operation description
GMCA is seeking to award a Single Supplier Framework for the provision of Election Print Services, as detailed in the Specification.
Open to all Public Sector Authorities to access and award.

The 10 Greater Manchester Authorities (Bury, Bolton, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford and Wigan), plus associate members Blackpool, Blackburn with Darwen and Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA)
The framework agreement is also open to other Public Sector Authorities for use in line with agreed schedule of rates and Call off Terms and Conditions.
Participation
Legal and financial capacity conditions of participation
On Award of Call Off
Public Liability (including product liability) £5,000,000 (Five million pounds)
Employers Liability £5,000,000 (Five million pounds).
Professional indemnity insurance cover to a minimum level of cover of £2,000,000 in respect of any one claim.
