The Service to be provided
Wrexham County Borough Council wish to re-commission our external Families First provision under the following three lots;
Parenting
Youth
Disability
We aim to commission services to improve outcomes for children, young people and families. Placing emphasis on early intervention, prevention, and providing support for whole families, rather than individuals. The programme will promote greater multi-agency working and collaboration, to ensure families receive joined-up support when they need it. The intention of the programme is to provide early support for families with the aim of preventing problems escalating.
We are undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement work to engage with potential suppliers and other persons for the purpose of identifying requirements and designing a model that address the needs of the community. The timeline for the tender process will be published in the Tender Notice.
TUPE may be applicable as there are providers delivering the services at present.
