Further information about fees
A 1.5% retrospective rebate will be paid to EPP by Contractors for any invoiced works (minus credits) every April and October relating to the previous 6-month period. Tenderers should particularly note the requirement for a 1.5% retrospective rebate and should ensure that provision for this is included within their tender sum.
Framework operation description
This framework will be awarded on quality only
Tenderers can Tender, win and be appointed on 1 or more Lots across the framework.
It is anticipated that all Lots will be awarded, subject to the receipt of compliant bids.
Places on the Framework will be awarded to the highest scoring bidders (as detailed in the Bidders Guidance).
Should the number of highest scoring bidders exceed the number of available spaces on the Lot because multiple suppliers have received the same scores, we reserve the right to vary the number of places available up or down as required.
