Description
This Procurement will establish a single Supplier Contract. The Works consist of:
Enderby Building
• Replacement of damaged floor boxes.
• Replacing blown windowpanes.
• Adding an additional 6 nr electric vehicle chargers
• Replace lighting to Classrooms only
Solihull Building
• Conversion of female WC into an Accessible WC
• Upgrade the lighting to the classroom and Workshops.
• Gravel Resurfacing of the rear car park
• Provision of 12 nr draughtsman's chairs to the Workshops and 1 nr electric rise and fall desk to the classroom (Tamworth Building)
Total value (estimated)
- £216,666 excluding VAT
- £260,000 including VAT

Options
The right to additional purchases while the contract is valid.
In the event of unforseen circumstances preventing the work being completed, if viable, additional works would be agreed to support the initial deliverables.
