This is an Intention to Award Notice to award using the Most Suitable Provider Process to Newhall Surgery for the provision of Care and management of adult patients with Gender Dysphoria / Gender Incongruence in Primary Care within Derby & Derbyshire from 01st October 2025.

The service is a pilot, and the initial contract is for 5 years with a 6 month notice period included with effect from 01st October 2025. Annual contract value is £46,795.64. Total contract value over 5 years £233,975.00.

This is a new service and Newhall Surgery are a new provider for the Care and management of adult patients with Gender Dysphoria / Gender Incongruence in Primary Care.

The decision makers for this process were the NHS Derby and Derbyshire ICB Primary Care Subgroup.

The provider met all requirements of the Basic Selection Criteria. The 5 Key Criteria were deemed as equal importance in this MSP process. The provider was deemed the most capable following consideration against the specified key criteria. Overall, taking all criteria into account the selected provider was deemed the Most Suitable Provider.
