Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
In order to ensure continuity of supply of 33kV Oil to XLPE Straight Through Cable Joints this modification extends the term of the Framework Agreement duration for 12 months. It is necessary for NIE Networks to place orders to ensure continued supplies of these cable joints, which are critical to maintain operations until the award of the new procurement process. A renewal procurement process is underway.
