Description of risks to contract performance
The scope of licence requirements over the 2-year contract term is currently unknown. There is a risk that the initial purchase may not cover the full number of licences required to support operational needs. This risk will be actively monitored throughout the contract term. Should additional licences be needed, a contract modification may be initiated to accommodate the increased scope
