Description

AimstoexplorehowyoungpeopleintheWesternBalkansperceiveandengagewithmediainaneraofwidespreadmisinformationanddisinformation.Itwillexaminewhattrustinmediameanstoyouth,wheretheysourcetheirnews,howtheyassesscredibility,andwhattypesofcontenttheyaremostscepticalof.Thestudywillalsoinvestigatehowfactorslikeethnicity,gender,andsocioeconomicstatusshapetrustindifferentplatforms,andidentifyregionaltrends.Findingswillbeinformedbybothdeskresearchandstakeholderengagement,andwillcontributetothematicbriefingpapersandpolicy-orientedrecommendationsalignedwiththeBritishCouncil'sbroadergoalsinyouthengagementandsocialcohesion.
