This corrigendum notice acts as an award notice for the purpose of Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, known as the PSR Regulations, where Direct Award Process C is being used. The contract award is for the provision of an open access specialist integrated sexual health service (ISHS) which includes sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and blood borne viruses (BBV) testing (including HIV), treatment and management; HIV prevention including pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP); the full range of contraceptive provision; health promotion and prevention including relevant vaccinations.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, Direct Award Process C. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded.

The Approximate lifetime value of the contract is: £96,921,224.00
The contract commences on the 01/08/2025 ending on 31/07/2027, with the option to extend for two additional periods each of two years ending on 31/07/2031 (2+2).
Following the Authority publishing its intention to award the contract on 24/06/2025, the Authority has made a further decision to enter into the Contract with the existing provider, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
