Description
The Royal Hospital Chelsea requires a Deep Cleaning service (Includes some working at height) to support a 66-acre heritage site. The objective of this service is to ensure that specified areas of the RHC are cleaned to a standard commensurate with its status as a listed and nationally recognised institution. The following are areas that undergo deep cleaning but are not limited to, Long Wards, Margaret Thatcher Infirmary, Residential premises, Chapel, Great Hall, Upholstery & Curtains (May require Fire Proofing), and Paving areas.

Description of possible extension:
Subject to the RHC's rights to determine a contract and the option to extend, the Contract will commence on 1st November 2025 and end on 31st October 2028. In addition, tenderers are invited to submit irrevocable options for a further 2 x one-year periods for carrying out all or any part of the work, subject to the Terms and Conditions of Contract at Schedule 2

Pricing
The financial scoring is carried out within an Excel spread sheet outside of the (ITT) tender document. All price bids are Scored with the following scoring methodology.
The lowest 'Price' will be given the maximum score 40.00 and the remaining Tenderers will receive pro-rata scores in relation to how much higher their price is when compared to the lowest.
Please note Tenderers' scores will be rounded to two decimal places.
Quality Questions
The response to the quality questions located at Appendix 1 to Annex A Notice to Tenderers, will be awarded a score using the below marking system; and has a maximum score of 60.00
