Description

ULCA-1 (standard)

ultrastable low-noise current amplifier. Including SMA-to-BNC

adapters, low-noise input cable, low-pass filter box, resistor box,

and divider box. The device will be delivered with calibration

certificate from PTB. Standard version with 2.4 fA/rt(Hz) and 0.05 ppm extended calibration uncertainty of the first stage resistor network.
