Description
Bassetlaw District Council are seeking suppliers who are able to carry out daily and weekly cleaning services to the 3 below buildings. Each building will be awarded separately under its own lot; suppliers can bid on one or more lots. An overview of the services is included in the below summaries.
The Bridge Skills Hub:
The building to be included in the cleaning contract is:
The Bridge Skills Hub, Bridge Court, Bridge Place, Worksop, S80 1DT.
This will include cleaning of classrooms, offices, meeting room, 2 suites, kitchens, shower areas, communal area and toilets.
Retford Enterprise Centre:
The building to be included in the cleaning contract is:
11 Randall Way, Retford, DN22 7GR
This will include cleaning of 37 offices in two building REC 1 and REC 2 over two floors in each building. The let offices are not included in this tender, but all communal areas are there are19 toilets, 5 kitchens and two large meeting rooms.
Middletons Yard:
The building to be included in the cleaning contract is:
30 Potter Street, Worksop, S80 2FU.
This will include cleaning of two buildings No 83 over two levels and No 87 over three levels and an annexed one-story area called Brewers Yard which includes 7 offices and a Cafe. The let offices and Cafe are not included in the specification but the communal areas around them are.

Lot 1. The Bridge Skills Hub
Description
The Bridge Skills Hub, Worksop, is looking to appoint a cleaning contractor for daily cleaning Monday - Friday of The Bridge Skills Hub. This is for 2 individuals for 2 hours per day equalling 4 hours in total per day between 6am - 8am.
The building consists of six classrooms, a large meeting room, two large unoccupied suites, four offices, two kitchens, two shower areas and 20 toilets.

Description
Retford Enterprise Centre are seeking a contractor to provide routine, reactive, and periodic cleaning services Monday-Friday, for a total of 26.5 hours weekly for all communal areas, 19 toilets, 5 kitchens and two large meeting rooms.
