As set out in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation, section 7.12 “Right to Cancel or Vary the Process”, the City expressly reserves the right to cancel or withdraw from the procurement process at any stage and not to award the contract.
Accordingly, no contract will be awarded as a result of this procurement.
