Description

The Direct supply of Vacuum Cleaners, Scrubber Dryers, Carpet Cleaners, Pressure Washers, Drop & Go Robotic Vacuum Cleaners and Parts & Accessories. This will be on a Direct Award/Award Without Competition which will feature on company website and potentially annually printed catalogues. This will give Schools, Colleges, NHS & Local Authorities a compliant route to purchasing their cleaning machine needs.

There will also be a Further Competition arm to this Framework for the supply, set up (mapping) & service of Robotic Vacuum Cleaners & Robotic Scrubber Dryers.

Engagement process description

YPO are looking to start Pre-Market Engagement for the provision of Floor Cleaning Machines & Robotics to be delivered to Public Sector Customers Directly, UK Wide. YPO intends to close the preliminary market engagement by 01/09/2025.

Please can you contact Rob.hazelgrave@ypo.co.uk to register your interest in participation for this tender.

You will then be asked for availability during a time frame in the next 3 weeks to partake in a supplier conference which will detail how the current framework works, what we're looking for moving forward and an explanation around the tender process and expectations. This will be followed by a questionnaire to enable technical specifications to be fairly drafted for the Tender.

Once the surveys are completed and returned and the feedback has been acted on, we will look to start the tender process.
