Engagement process description
A market engagement session will be held via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 3rd September 2025 at 14:00. Please register your interest by emailing erica.innes@dounreay.nrservices.uk by 16:00 on Monday the 1st of September. Joining instructions will be provided to registered participants.
The engagement session will cover;
- An overview of the proposed scope of works;
- The proposed commercial model including delivery approach, risks and supplychain considerations; and
- Opportunity for the suppliers to provide feedback.
Feedback from the engagement session will support development of our requirements and the approach to the procurement and contractual terms. A UK4 Tender Notice will be published via the Central Digital Platform in due course.
