Description
Research and consultancy services to evaluate the Fair4All Finances leadership programme and undertake a review of similar offers available in the market.
Lot 1. Evaluation of Completed Leadership Programmes
Description
An initial evaluation has also been completed for the first two pilot programmes. We are now looking to evaluate all three programmes fully - this will include reviewing the findings from the learning assessment reviews and the pilot evaluation and focus on gathering additional detailed data from participants and organisations involved in the third programme.The ultimate aim of the evaluation is to assess the overall impact of the three programmes at the individual, organisational, and sector-wide levels and provide insights to inform future leadership development initiatives.

Description
Conduct a review of the market for transformational leadership programmes to identify options that could equip senior leaders in the community finance sector to drive systemic change and foster sector wide transformation.
