Description
The Council are carrying out Pre-Market Engagement to understand the current market for contractors to work alongside the Council to provide advice, signposting and guidance to refugees and host families, responding to their questions. The contractor will work in partnership with the Council and other organisations to hold social events and provide networking events to help refugees find support.

Engagement process description
The exercise will consist of written responses to the areas of the Pre-Market Engagement document requiring response.
The Council reserves the right to hold subsequent meetings with those that have responded to the written questions (Participants). Any such meetings would be to discuss the responses to the questions in further detail, and would be held via MS TEAMS.
