Description

The CCA IT Register digital service, known as 'MyCCA', is a live delivery project for the 'CCA2' Policy. The first release went live in December 2024, with two subsequent releases concluding in May 2025.

Following the DESNZ consultation and the Government's response in October 2024, the CCA scheme has been extended for three additional target periods, up to 31 December 2030, with access to reduced rates until March 2033. This extension necessitates changes to the existing service to support policy reforms as part of the new phase, referred to as 'CCA3'. These changes must be implemented in readiness for the new target periods.

This contract aims to build additional functionality within the MyCCA service by May 2025, enabling it to support both CCA2 and CCA3 scheme participants using the same Register. The MyCCA service is crucial for the delivery of the CCA
