Scope
Description
Bristol City Council (BCC) wants to undertake a new approach for contracting for the council's electricity supply - the 'Sleeved Pool' model. This new arrangement, is based on 'pooling' locally generated zero-carbon electricity to be shared between the council and other demand customers. Within this BCC is seeking a contractor to undertake the role of "Demand Pool Manager". This will entail tasks including the balancing of demand with supply generated for the management of multiple customer bills and invoicing. This is a second EOI for August 2025 related to DN762455
