Description
The British Embassy Addis Ababa seeks a qualified service provider to undertake a comprehensive Water Hygiene Risk Assessment (WHRA). The purpose of the WHRA is to:
(i) Identify and assess all risks to the water systems on site,
(ii) Advise on measures to improve water quality,
(iii) Comment on management procedures and records currently in place,
(iv) Comment, where necessary, on the performance of sub-contracted maintenance and water treatment companies,
(v) Compile (or create) water schematic drawings,
(vi) Compile (or create) water asset register, and
(vii) Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments (LRA) on all Residential properties.

Award criteria
ResponseS to requirements (as detailed in Terms of reference) will be evaluated based on a 70:30 split between the quality aspect to the bid and pricing respectively. Note: Bidders must score a minimum of 35 points in the technical evaluation to proceed to financial comparison (50% of the minimum threshold of 70%)
