Ulster University is seeking to appoint a supplier for the supply of Electricity to all Ulster University Meter Point connections (MPRN's), across all 4 campuses in Northern Ireland.

Engagement process description

The University engaged an independent third-party specialist Energy Consultant from Fathom Energy & Environment Ltd. The purpose of this was to provide the University with specialist advice and aid in the development of the University's requirements and the development of the commercial submission for bidders to respond to. This is to ensure the University is up-to-date with the latest market trends and developments and ensure the University receives competitive tenders and Value for Money.
