These vapes have been designed specifically for use in High Secure Mental Health environments and meet the required UK regulations for use in the NHS including MHRA and NICE Regulations.
We have undertaken testing of various high secure vapes by the Trusts patient safety and fire safety teams, as these vapes will be used in the secure environment setting. These vapes conform to the requirements of the Trust, whilst adhering to patient safety. Most of the vapes tested were considered to be not sufficiently robust to withstand the demands of the high-secure wards.
