two.2.4) Description of the procurement

NHS Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board are seeking feedback on the provision of a Countywide GP Out of Hours Service (GP OOH) in Northamptonshire. In order to assist the Authority with testing its assumptions and proposed service requirements, interested organisations are requested to provide feedback on the information included within the documents. The draft service specification and supporting documents containing details of the requirement can be found in the attachments area of the project on Atamis. A draft timeframe for a potential competitive process is included within the Market Engagement Questionnaire (MEQ). Please note the information provided is indicative and subject to change.

Please note, this Prior Information Notice relates to a service/contract in scope of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). Any future Procurement / Provider Selection Process conducted will be subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 will not apply.
