Description

South Bank Colleges (SBC), part of London South Bank University Group (LSBU), is inviting tenders to join it's approved subcontractors and partners for delivery of adult training in DfE non-devolved and the Greater London Authority (GLA) areas. This procurement supports delivery under the Adult Skills Fund (ASF) and Free Courses for Jobs (FCfJ) initiatives, aligned to SBC's five-year strategic plan to transform lives and communities through applied education.

Lot constraints

Description of how multiple lots may be awarded:

2.2 For each Lot and/or Sub-Lot, the Authority may, at its sole discretion, appoint up to two (2) Providers. The appointment of a second Provider shall be determined entirely at the discretion of the Authority. Where two (2) Providers are appointed, they shall be the two (2) highest-scoring Tenderers following completion of the evaluation process. The highest-scoring Tenderer shall be awarded no less than fifty per cent (50%) of the total volume of work available under the relevant Lot and/or Sub-Lot. The balance of the work, if any, shall be allocated to the second-ranked Provider in such proportions and at such times as the Authority may determine.
