Description
The City of London Police (CoLP) are seeking responses to this PME exercise for the supply of furnture for the Future Police Estate (FPEP).
The City of London Police (CoLP) are currently undertaking a programme to modernise their estate through a mixture of the construction of brand new buildings and the refurbishment of existing buildings.
There will be 6 buildings within the future police estate of varying sizes and containing a wide range of functions, and they will be ready for handover to CoLP at different times across approximately a 2 year period from late 2026 to early 2029.
Whilst an estimate of the likely quantities of the major types of furniture required at each of the sites is known, floor plans are still being developed in some of the buildings so these estimates are subject to change and additional items may also be added to the requirements as plans are finalised.
