Provision of Cleaning Services to Lincolnshire Police including core cleaning, reactive and ad hoc cleaning, specialist cleaning, window and solar pv cleaning, and laundry cleaning services.

Total value (estimated)

  • £3,306,000 including VAT

  • 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029
  • Possible extension to 31 March 2031

Description of possible extension:

Extensions shall be granted at the sole discretion of the Customer. 2 x 12 month optional extension periods.

Options

The right to additional purchases while the contract is valid.

Vehicle Decontamination Services is an optional provision for this contract. Therefore this element shall not be included in the overall evaluation and scoring of the contract. The Customer shall confirm with the successful Bidder following contract award as to whether this provision is to be included within the contract.
