| Post event feedback - Attendee feedback | A minimum of 75% of attendees must provide positive feedback in the post-event survey, which can be completed on the day of the event. |
| Management Reporting | In accordance with section 5.2 of the Specification, an accurate and comprehensive report is to be provided by 10th of the following month from September 2025 until 16 April 2026 |
| Meeting Attendance | In accordance with section 5.2 of the Specification, the Contractor must attend the monthly meetings to discuss the reporting presented. |
