Scope
Description
The Data Aggregator / Data Collector (DA/DC) and Meter Operator Services (MOP) procurement process is a joint call for competition by Severn Trent Water Limited ("STW"), Severn Trent Green Power ("STGP") and Hafren Dyfrdwy Cyfyngedig ("HD"). This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the proposed award of a contract on behalf of each STW, STGP and HD.

Lot 1. Lot 1 - Data Aggregator / Data Collector (DA/DC)
Description
The Utilities are required by the energy regulator to have a data collector and aggregator contract in place; the existing agreement is up for renewal from the 1st of April 2026 and therefore the Utilities are running a competitive tender for these services.
The Utilities require a single supplier to provide the DA/DC services for their estates.
