Scope
Description
Sefton is exploring an all-age advocacy model to ensure continuity and equity of support from childhood through adulthood and into older age and recognises the evolving needs and rights of individuals at different life stages, the importance of transitions, such as moving from children to adult services and the need for culturally competent, accessible, and person-centred advocacy that reflects diverse communities.

Engagement process description
To participate, providers must express their interest to attend by uploading and submitting a request to attend, via the Chest, by 12 noon on Tuesday 19 August 2025.
Prior to the event participants will receive a MS Teams invitation to attend the event on 21st August 2025.
All requests for clarification must be sent via the Chest procurement portal https://procontract.due-north.com
Please note that attendance is limited to two people from each organisation.
