Description

Ofsted Registered Supported Accommodation Provision/s for Children in Our Care.

The Council is currently proposing that services will be delivered under 3 separate Lots under a Framework, with the final Framework structure and service requirement under each Lot to be confirmed at tender stage following internal agreement and completion of market engagement:

Lot 1 - Single provider for an Ofsted Registered 6 unit Supported Accommodation Service to provide high support accommodation for Separated Migrant Children.

Lot 2- Single or multiple provider/s for an Ofsted Registered 15 unit Supported Accommodation Service to provide low to medium support for Separated Migrant Children.

Lot 3 - Framework of Ofsted Registered Supported Accommodation Providers for children in our care. There will be no guaranteed service provision under this Lot, with supported accommodation provided as and when required.

Engagement process description

The purpose of this Market Engagement is to inform you of the forthcoming procurement process, which is anticipated to commence late September 2025. This event will provide information on service provision, intended procurement process and will be an opportunity to share ideas to shape the future delivery model.

How to attend a session:

One-to-one provider engagement sessions are available on:

Tues 26th August 2025 between 9am until 1pm

Wed 27th August 2025 9am until 1pm

Thurs 28th August 2025 11am until 5pm

These sessions are to be held virtually via Microsoft Teams and are expected to last up to 30 minutes.

To book a session, please email procurement@redcar-cleveland.gov.uk by Friday 22nd August 2025, providing an email address(s) for attendees and preferred date, and a timeslot will be allocated accordingly and Teams invite sent.
