Description
East Suffolk Council (the Council) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Qualified Architects to deliver RIBA Stage 0-3 works for a residential development on land in Hollesley. ESC is seeking a company with the ability to deliver a scheme for the provision of affordable, Net Zero Embodied Carbon homes for inclusion within the Council's Housing Revenue Account (HRA).
