Scope
Description
Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking a Provider for Trauma Recovery Model Training, to be delivered to Children's Services social workers over a 3 year period.
Aims of the training:
Staff to gain knowledge regarding the theory and neuroscience behind the model
Staff to gain an understanding of the core principles of TRM
Staff to recognise trauma-based behaviour in young people and identify the best intervention to meet their needs
Staff to respond appropriately to display behaviours
The TRM model has been identified as the new practice model across Carmarthenshire's Children's Services and all staff need to be compliant of the model and it's principles.
