Description
This document describes GWR's Invitation to Tender for the supply and installation of Mobile Shore Supply equipment at sidings and stations to support the out stabling of rolling stock during the future High Speed 2 (HS2) blockades of Paddington Station.

Description of possible extension:
The contract may be extended on the condition that the supplier assumes responsibility for the collection and delivery of the shore supplies equipment. This includes transporting the equipment from the designated location to the depot for secure storage during periods when it is not in use. The supplier will be required to ensure that all equipment is handled in accordance with relevant safety and handling regulations, maintain accurate records of all transfers, and coordinate with the depot to confirm availability and storage arrangements.

Tenderers will be shortlisted through a Selective Questionnaire (SQ) process. A number of qualified suppliers will then progress to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage. Once selected, these suppliers will be formally invited to submit their final proposals, which will be evaluated in accordance with the tender criteria.
