The purpose of this national Local Health and Care Record DPS is to support engagement between technology suppliers and the LHCRE sites and provide a compliant route to market for the procurement of the technology solutions required to build and deliver the strategic plans of any existing and/or future exemplar sites as well as any other existing and/or future health and/or social care record programmes.
Category 3 is being added to this DPS: Implementation Support for Digital Health Systems. This category will support Trusts nationally to procure resources for the implementation (and activities associated with implementation) of digital health systems in the most cost-effective manner. Services offered under this category include supporting Contracting Authorities with the current and future needs in respect of resourcing digital systems in areas relating to implementation including, but not exclusive to, integration, go-live support, data migration, programme management.

The purpose of this corrigendum is to change the name of the original 'OneLondon Local Health and Care Record DPS' to 'Implementation Support for Digital Health Systems Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).'The new Implementation Support for Digital Health Systems Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is to be extended from the original end date, by 12 months to 27/10/2026, utilising options provided for in the initial DPS agreement; and expand on the scope of what was originally Category 3 – Implementation Support for Digital Health Systems of the OneLondon Local Health and Care Record DPS.In addition, the original Category 1 Requirements – OneLondon Architecture, Data Standards and Infrastructure Development including all sub-solutions; and Category 2 Requirements – Social Value Systems will expire on 27/10/2025 and not be extended.
