Description

The Department of Justice (Authority) has a requirement for the provision of a replacement for the existing Causeway system, harnessing innovative technology to streamline existing processes, increase efficiency, encourage greater collaboration between Criminal Justice Organisations (CJOs) and any other organisations utilising Causeway Services and to maximise returns on the investment by the Authority in Causeway.

Justification for not publishing a preliminary market engagement notice

The preliminary market engagement was carried out in June and July 2024 before the implementation of the Procurement Act 2023. The engagement was carried out according to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
