Description
The boroughs of Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham and Greenwich are jointly undertaking Phase 2 Local Area Energy Planning (LAEP) to identify the activities required to achieve low carbon, secure and affordable energy systems at the local level, translating high level targets into on the-ground action. This builds on Phase 1 LAEP completed in December
