The contract has been awarded without prior publication of a call for competition, due to the urgent requirement for a placement at an appropriate GAU including specialist eating disorders, to address immediate risks to safety and quality of care.

The sub-contract commenced on 18 July 2025 and will cease on 17 July 2026. The contract value of £55,638 is indicative, as all admissions are on a cost per case basis, including any exceptional packages of care.
