Description
YPO are looking to re procure our Software Application Solutions Framework to continue to supply the public sector with a route to market for software applications and associated services/products. The reason for the PME notice is to engage with suppliers (existing and new) within this area to ensure the route to market that is put together is suitable for our customers needs and requirements.
We would like to discuss the proposed lot structure detailed below and gain insight into the market and the solutions which are available. We would also like to gain further insight and technical information to build and enhance the specifications per Lot.

Engagement process description
YPO are looking to start pre market engagement for the provision of Software Application Solutions 2.
YPO are looking to engage with suppliers in this market to ensure we have covered all software requirements and that our specifications are built fully with the correct technical detail for customers to utilise for their procurements. The procurement will be offered to the whole of the public sector via both award with competition and award without competitions. The type of procurement will be determined after pre engagement has taken place under PA23
