Description
The Contracting Authority wishes to select and appoint suitable providers onto a framework to supply Vehicle Body Work Repair Services and Associated Ancillary Services.
The scope of the procurement comprises the provision of vehicle body repair for all of its operational vehicles leased or owned by the Contracting Authority in the current and future fleet. The services shall include ambulance vehicle bodywork repairs due to road traffic collisions and vehicle refurbishment work, transportation of vehicles to and from the Authorities premises and ancillary services.
The framework will be split into two lots:
Lot 1: Double Crewed Ambulance Bodywork
Lot 2: All Other Vehicles Bodywork
The Contracting Authority shall create a Framework Agreement for a period of four years, with a maximum of eight suppliers on each lot who meet the minimum quality score.

Framework operation description
The Contracting Authority will split work between all Providers on the specific lot on the Framework with minimum Vehicle Off Road time being of the utmost importance to the Contracting Authority.

Capacity of Provider to complete works and lead times.
