Description
Knowsley Council is seeking to commission experienced and high-quality service provider(s) to deliver two allotted services that support the management (and prevention) of sexual and reproductive health needs of our residents:
• Integrated sexual health service
• HIV advice and support service.
The integrated sexual health service provides open access to sexual health and contraception services for adults and young people in Knowsley. The service offers 3 different levels of support (basic, intermediate, and complex) delivering a wide range of services to support and address sexual and reproductive health. Knowsley's HIV advice and support service is responsible for providing non-clinical advice and support for people in Knowsley who are living with or affected by HIV, as well as delivering training, advice and information to reduce stigma and raise awareness around HIV.

Lot 1. Lot 1 - Knowsley Integrated Sexual Health Service
Description
The aim of the sexual health service is to manage and deliver an efficient and clinically effective service that responds effectively to sexual and reproductive needs. The service must be delivered as an open access service, providing support and provision for people who live within Knowsley and for people who live outside of the borough.

Lot 2. Lot 2 - Knowsley HIV Advice and Support service
Description
Knowsley Council wish to commission a provider who can deliver a support service for people in Knowsley who are living with or are affected by HIV. This includes all Knowsley residents aged 18 and over who live in Knowsley or who are registered with a Knowsley GP. The service will specifically target individuals who are living with HIV, are affected by HIV or most at risk of HIV infection.
