Description

This Invitation to Tender ("ITT") has been issued by The Police & Crime Commissioner for Humberside (the "PCC") in connection with a competitive procurement for the provision of Vehicle Recovery Services and other related items on behalf of Humberside Police (HP) Vehicle Recovery Unit (VRU). The Procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Open Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023 ("the Regulations") for the award of a Framework Agreement.

Framework operation description

Call-Off contracts will be awarded in accordance with the tender evaluation process as described in the 1.ITT - Instructions to Tender document. Call-Off contracts will be awarded based on the geographical lot areas and beat codes as disclosed in the 2.ITT - Statement of Requirements document. The number of call-off contracts offered for each lot will be at the discretion of the Police and Crime Commissioner of Humberside as consideration will be given to the capacity and geographical coverage provided by bidders.
