The Supplier will be contracted to provide Social prescribing to children and young people aged 11-25 yrs to help improve health and wellbeing. The supplier will provide experienced link workers who will support each young person to create a personalised plan and set goals based on what is important to them. :
EG To access support services
To access hobbies, activities and voluntary opportunities
To learn techniques to support their wellbeing whilst waiting for specialist support
They offer 1-1 and group health and wellbeing sessions
where in-person social prescribing assessments are offered. This contract will be for one year with the option of extending by a further year

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C.The contract award date was the 16th of June 2025. The contract will be for the period July 2025 to 31st July 2026 with an option to extend by another year.There was no requirement for a standstill review and there were no reported conflicts of interestThe lifetime value of the contract will be £39774.40.There were no declared or potential conflicts of interest
