To undertake in-house design and construction of a new concrete skate park at Hammond's Pond in Carlisle. The location of the skate park within the site and details of specific features requested for inclusion, have been guided by a community consultation.
This project involves site enabling works, groundworks and specialist construction of a concrete skate park on an area of amenity grassland within a public park. The appointed supplier must be conversant with operating within busy environments, capable of mitigating risks to members of public and minimising damage to land with little formal infrastructure.
