Description
The University of Wales Trinity Saint David is seeking to procure a comprehensive Curriculum Management System (CMS) to support the end-to-end management, governance, and publication of academic programmes and modules. The system must seamlessly integrate with the University's core systems and enable efficient, compliant, and strategic curriculum operations.

Description of possible extension:
The contract will be for a period of 3-years, with an annual review and the option to extend for an additional 1 year, plus 1 year (up to a maximum of 5 years).
Options
The right to additional purchases while the contract is valid.
After completing this project, there may be opportunities for additional work or related services. Any further work will be agreed upon between both parties and may include project extensions or new phases.
This opportunity primarily relates to UWTSD in its current format. However, this contract will be accessible by the entire UWTSD Group & Pembrokeshire College, so additional provisions may be required under this contract for the duration specified above. However, there is no guarantee of any future work.
