Scope
Description
London Borough of Hounslow is undertaking a strategic review of its Enforcement services which operate in the public realm - including Parking, Environmental and Licensing Enforcement, Waster Services, CCtv Monitoring, and elements of Trading Standards and Regulatory Service.
This work forms part of the Council's broader strategic objectives to modernise public service delivery, improve customer outcomes, support environmental goals, and achieve best value.
The Council seeks to engage with the market to assess the range of new and emerging technologies in the space and explore opportunities to potentially to work in partnership with third-party suppliers to deliver innovation and efficiency in its Enforcement activities.

Engagement process description
Initial Market Engagement Notice, including questionnaire, for all interested providers to complete and return by 8th August 2025.
Following this it is likely that selected suppliers will be invited for an informal conversation around the products / services they currently (or potentially could) supply in this area.
Formal procurement process to begin in late 2025, with a view to award in Summer 2026, for services to commence late 2026 / early 2027.
