Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust are seeking a provider/s of an Integrated Community Care Service providing Step Down Beds to Patients with Spinal Cord Injuries within the proximity of the North West Regional Spinal Injuries Centre.

The initial contract will be for a 3 year term, with an option to extend for a 2 year term at the sole discretion of the Authority.

It is anticipated the contract will commence on the 01/10/2025.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this procurement.
