seven.2.1) Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):
To pay a one off uplift of £81,000 for the Oral Health Promotion Service to expand the capacity of the Supervised Toothbrushing Programme from 32 Early Years settings to a minimum of 97 settings. Delivery of the expanded services will cover the academic year of 2025-26 from 04 September 2025 to 23 July 2026.

For the avoidance of doubt, the provision of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 does not apply to this Modification and comes under the Provider Selection Regime, the services are for individuals for health services 0-19, breastfeeding and oral health, CPV Code, 85000000.
The modification is permitted under PSR, Regulation 13 (1) (c)
(i) changes in patient or service user volume.
The modification does not alter the overall nature of the current agreement.
